Game REVIEW |

Danganronpa 1 & 2 Reload is a collection of two main match Danganronpa - Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc and Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair - originally released on PSP and then on PlayStation Vita, now make their way to the PlayStation 4 for the first time.
The first game in the series, Trigger Happy Havoc, see fifteen students wake up in Hope Peak Academy aware of how they became prisoners and who put them there. They quickly introduced to a black and white teddy bear named Monokuma sadist, who told them they had to take part in a game of murder if they ever want to leave the school. While students initially decided that they would not betray each other and work together to find a way out is a better choice, eventually one thing led to another, someone will meet off, and it's up to you to find out who is responsible.
Danganronpa is broken into several sections of different gameplay. First, there is a visual novel aspect of the game, which is similar to other titles like this on the market. There will be quite a long time from the time spent reading and listening to what it has a variety of character to say, as well as taking in the latest plot development. When there is a murder - and rest assured, there will be blood - you will get into the investigation part of the game where you have to survey the scene for clues that will help you identify the killer. After all the evidence has been collected you will proceed to trial class, where crazy Monokuma will lead the court, and it will be up to the remaining students to reach a consensus on who they think is the culprit.
Visual Novel games have a tendency to feel pretty pedestrian at times, and it is in this respect that Danganronpa most likely to appeal to those who traditionally avoid genre. While you will be expected to read a lot of text and listen to a lot of anime characters talk to each other, more interactive sections interspersed throughout the story help to create a sense of pacing that is more standard visual novel games do not have. Downtime between murder was spent getting to know the players in a way that does not like social relationships Persona 4, and then each of the murder mystery is a whodunnit independent will give you plenty to think about, while also shedding light on the mystery into why you have been arrested and who responsible.
The second features a maze game, a mind-bending narrative that contains enough twists and turns to make sure that you can never be absolutely sure about the motives of the players. Characters in both titles also star, with writing most of the strong and the voice acting helps to bring a colorful personality life. There are many memorable characters in the game, and while some adhere to genre stereotype a little too stiff, there are many surprising character development, and enough layers to peel to make conversation with classmates interesting in their own right.
The second game in the packaging, Goodbye Despair, is deceptively similar to the Trigger Happy Havoc in the setup, but while opening several hours may feel too familiar, they are part of a narrative altogether more ambitious might leave spin your head with time the end credits start rolling. Goodbye Despair is also equipped with a navigation system for a smooth quiet moments between a murder mystery, and the presentation of the title holds a little better than the Trigger Happy Havoc did not.
If there is one real negative about this collection, it is the transition from home to the handheld console has produced several visual jagged, especially in the first game. Overall, though, the two games are practically unchanged, and what's more, a good control well and did not miss anything due to a lack of touch controls in the PS4 version. Meanwhile, it is worth mentioning that for all of you Trophy hunters, either Trigger Happy Havoc and Goodbye Despair share a list of trophies single, and considering how time consuming game - you're looking at 25 hours for each, only to finish the main story mode - it may be a bit disappointing.
THE VERDICT |

One part Persona, one piece Ace Attorney, and one part of Battle Royale, Trigger Happy Havoc and Goodbye Despair is a murder mystery the two best titles available for the PS4 now, together in one package. While the game can move just a tad too slow for some players, they are willing to take a chance on a visual novel with a difference will find Danganronpa be multi-faceted, the story is often surprisingly interesting that the most attractive in the market, full of engaging characters, humor anarchic, and a jaw-dropping twists.
